My name is Renee’ and I have been married to my wonderful husband, John, since 1982. We have one daughter, Jessica, who is 24. We have a beautiful granddaughter, Jaylye, who is 3. She has changed our lives. It is such a joy to have a grandchild. Jaylye calls me Meme and my husband Big Pa. I am a Social Worker and work at a kidney dialysis center. I want to thank all of you that have filled my requests for graphics. You all do a great job.

everything go right and nothing wrong.
May those you love bring love back to you,
and may all the wishes you wish come true!”

I hope your weekend is all you wish for!

I was talking to one of my friends who is a nurse.
She told me that she is seeing more and more women come into the ER
with heart related problems.
Because I care about all of my G-G friends,
I thought I would share some good info on women's heart health.
If you experience any of these symptoms:
1. Discomfort, tightness, uncomfortable pressure, fullness,
squeezing in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes, or comes and goes
2. Crushing chest pain
3. Pressure or pain that spreads to the shoulders, neck, upper back, jaw, or arms.
4. Dizziness or nausea
5. Clammy sweats, heart flutters, or paleness
6. Unexplained feelings of anxiety, fatigue or weakness - especially with exertion
7. Stomach or abdominal pain
8. Shortness of breath and difficulty breathing
DO NOT HESITATE...Call an ambulance! Time is of the essence!
Tell them that you are having heart attack symptoms.
They will send an ambulance to transport you to a hospital emergency room.
After you make the phone call, crush or chew a full-strength aspirin
(swallow with a glass of water) to prevent further blood clotting.
Please share this info with others!
Blessings, Rita
